With the rapid growth of data centre construction across the UK, Ireland and Europe, James Engineering has been working closely with specialist contractors to support the sector’s increasing infrastructure demands.

Our expertise in large-scale steel fabrication and modular systems enables us to supply a range of critical components used in the construction and operation of modern data centres, including:

  • Backup generator support steelwork
  • Industrial chimneys and flue ducting systems
  • Modular frames and skids for SCR systems, silencers and AdBlue tanks
  • Chiller support frames
  • Access platforms and maintenance walkways

Modular “Plug and Play” Skid Systems

Reliability and rapid replacement are critical within data centre environments. To support this, James Engineering manufactures modular “plug and play” skid systems designed for efficient installation and quick replacement in the event of equipment failure.

These systems can be fully fabricated at our facility, where client engineers can attend site to install and integrate their equipment or systems directly onto the skid structure. Once complete, the finished modular units are prepared and transported directly to site by our team, ready for installation.

By combining precision steel fabrication, modular manufacturing and efficient logistics, James Engineering helps contractors deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure for modern data centre developments.
