Working alongside AEDdonate Charity a team of 11 employees (incl 2 support staff) from JE cycled the gruelling Coast2Coast path to raise over £4000 to have 2 defibrillators installed in our local community.
This fantastic team completed the 140 mile trek from Whitehaven to Tynemouth during a weekend in early October 2021 and finally reached the fund target by December 2021.
Enough money was raised to purchase 2 community defibrillators, one located outside our factory on Wood Street North and the second at Alfreton Train Station.
