Clare leads all administrative operations at James Engineering. She joined the company at 19, straight from college, and has progressed steadily through a variety of roles — starting as Receptionist, advancing to Purchasing Manager, and now returning to her roots at James Engineering as Office Manager.

Outside of work, Clare loves spending quality time with family and friends, heading to concerts and theatre trips and getting creative with her crafting projects.

Around the office, she’s affectionately known as Crafty Clare - as well as the go-to party planner and a talented cake maker who always adds a special touch to team celebrations.

Her claim to fame? Meeting her idol, Mark Owen from Take That
